Búcsú a Babeş–Bolyaitól [Farewell to Babeş–Bolyai University]

As a student and a professor, I spent 47 and a half years altogether at Babeș–Bolyai University, the last six years as an external lecturer. The first part of the book contains biographical as well as career history reminiscences, where I share a number of events I was directly involved in but that others might find interesting as well. The second part of the book includes a selection of my public writings and a number of articles in the history of mathematics, committed to paper in this period and that appeared in a printed medium. It is my great hope that these two parts will be received as a welcome addition to the past five decades of the University’s history.
